Terms of Service
These terms apply to businesses that use Koonixa ("you") and to Koonixa, operated by Koonixa Software Development Services, a sole proprietorship owned by Celso U. Misa Jr. and registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (Business Name No. 8533795), San Pablo City, Laguna, Philippines ("we", "us"). By connecting your Page or using the Koonixa owner app, you agree to them.
1. The service
Koonixa answers your customers' messages on Facebook Messenger and Instagram, and books, reschedules and cancels appointments in the Google Calendar and Google Sheet you share with us. It runs on third-party platforms, including Meta, Google, n8n and AI model providers, so features may change when those platforms change.
2. Early access
Koonixa is in early access. It is provided "as is" and may have errors, delays or downtime. AI replies can be wrong. Please check your bookings and keep a person available for questions Koonixa cannot answer.
3. Your responsibilities
- Keep your business information, prices, hours and FAQs accurate in the owner app. Koonixa answers from what you provide.
- Have the right to connect your Facebook Page, Instagram account, calendar and sheet, and follow Meta's policies, including its Messenger and Instagram rules.
- Tell your customers that an AI assistant may reply to them, and handle their information as required by the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
- Keep your business ID and PIN private, and tell us right away if you think someone else has them.
- Do not use Koonixa for spam, unlawful content, or regulated advice such as medical diagnoses.
4. Customer data
Your customers' information belongs to you. We process it only to provide Koonixa, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Fees
Early-access pricing, if any, will be agreed with you in writing before it applies.
6. Ending the service
You can stop using Koonixa at any time by pausing it in the owner app, removing Koonixa's access to your Page, or emailing us. We may suspend access if these terms are broken or to protect the service. When you leave, we delete your settings and conversation records within 30 days.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost bookings or revenue, caused by errors, outages, or changes to third-party platforms. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Philippine law that cannot be limited.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will post changes here with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
