Data Deletion Instructions
You can ask Koonixa to delete the information it holds about you at any time. We complete requests within 30 days and confirm by email or Messenger.
If you messaged a business that uses Koonixa
- Email hello@celsomisa.com with the subject Koonixa data deletion request.
- Include the name of the business or Facebook Page you messaged, the name on your Facebook or Instagram account, and roughly when you messaged.
- We delete your conversation records and the booking details Koonixa stored, and confirm when it is done.
Appointments already saved in the business's own calendar or booking sheet are the business's records. We will forward your request to the business so it can remove them too.
If you are a business using Koonixa
Email us from your owner email address and we will delete your business settings, Page access token, and conversation records within 30 days. You can also remove Koonixa from your Facebook Page under Meta Business Suite → Settings → Business integrations.
Removing Koonixa from your Facebook account
If you connected Koonixa through Facebook Login, you can remove it under Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites. Removing it stops future access. To delete data Koonixa already holds, also send us the email above.
